we are using few Max14891E in our system the issue is that this component fails rapidly.
It is connected like it shows below to some differential signals that come from different PCBs that are connected to this PCB...
twice a day we see that one of the max14891E IC is fail and need to be replaced.
When the component fails we see around 4.7V on its inputs and after replacing it it works for few hours and fails again.
The driver on other PCBs that transmits to it is MAX3293 and it is connected in that way:
Both GND and DGND are connected between both PCBS and they are connected with 5 meter cable with few differential pairs.
have you seen this phenomena, in which the A B Y Z inputs are stack on 4.7V, why is it happening? how can we solve it?
