LTC6269 gain

LTC6268 datasheet,  Electrical Characteristics tables on pages 4 and 5 say that the typical open loop voltage gain is about 20 V/mv (for RL = 100 Ohm) and about 250 V/mv (for RL = 10 kOhm). However, what is supposedly the open loop gain and phase response on page 9 (top right figure) shows a dc voltage gain of only about 1000.

what is the correct open loop DC gain?

i am using LTC6269 with supply of 0~3v and common mode voltage of 1.65V

  • Hi,

The typical open loop gain values in page 4 and page 5 are correct open loop DC gain, these are the values at very low frequency.

On page 9, the plot shows open loop gain starting at 100kHz, take note the x-axis values is in MHz.

If you are using supply of 0 ~ 3V, refer to page 5 for value of open loop DC gain.
