now I have a single ended source and I want to apply it to the first input port. can I use a 50 Ohm terminator instead of second source?
You can terminate Vn pin with the resistor. The tool will help you with the right value of the of the resistors to be used. 50 ohms won't be enough. In the topology section, click on Single Ended. The tool will show the needed resistor values to terminate the negative input.
