Calibration result has one inverted trace

No, it is ok.  In general they all tend to be in the same phase offset range.  But its not a problem if one or more of them is different.

To add a bit more detail - the orange trace is the phase between the fourth and fifth element - where one element is associated with one ADAR1000/mixer/Pluto channel, and the other element with the other ADAR1000, etc. Thus there are additional sources of phase mismatch. Again, not a problem since it's all calibrated out in the end.
