EVAL-CN0566-RPIZ for sensing in sub 6 GHz

Can the EVAL-CN0566-RPIZ kit be used for sensing moving objects in the sub-6 GHz band, specifically within the 3550&ndash;3700 MHz range? If not, could you recommend any COTS antenna array that would be suitable for this frequency range?
