Cannot successfully connect to my PC

Software Version: Firmware v0.25, Scopy v2.0.0

I am a rookie ADALM2000 user.  I am an ADI employee.  Last week, I had installed all the necessary software such drivers and Scopy

and successfully connected to my ADALM2000 plugged into a USB port on my PC.  I was able to successfully use the oscilloscope

and signal generator instruments.  However, today when I plug in my ADALM2000 and click on Connect, Scopy indicates various

instruments are in "Calibrating" state, then the app just closes.  I have tried it multiple times and tried other USB ports.  I always

get the same result.  Any idea what is going on?
