Connection issues to the device via MATLAB

Question

Hello, 
 We keep receiving the same error, even on different PCs, when we try to establish connection with the device (see the attached screenshot) via MATLAB. 
 Although we followed the advice on https://github.com/mathworks/Phaser-Control-with-MATLAB/tree/main and burned a new image to the SD card the problem has not been resolved. 
 Could you please help us to resolve this issue?

Hi - have you tried using the uri 'ip:phaser.local' instead of 'ip:phaser'? 
 A couple of other ideas - it is possible that you have some cable or hardware setup issues, are you able to see the device on your device manager? Also, could it be a firewall issue?)
