Chirp synchronization does not properly work

Hi Denis,  are you on the latest firmware of Pluto, rev 0.39?  There were some changes in that firmware that I haven't updated the scripts for.  But I just updated this one now.  But I haven't tested on a Phaser kit yet.  If you are able, could you download this new file and see if its working:

Dear Jon. Thank you for your response. Yes, now it looks much better and seems like works. I will continue some experiments. Yes, Pluto was 0.39v.

And the only issue I see now is that after this TDD operation other examples do not work properly. I need to reboot. Your file still can be run but not others without TDD. Seem like we need to reset TDD settings when your program terminates.

Great!  Thanks for testing that out.  I've made the same changes to "CFAR_RADAR_Waterfall_ChirpSync.py".  I think all the other scripts using the Pluto TDD engine are already updated for rev 0.39.  But let me know if you find any other issues.
