Product Number: Adalm-pluto 9363

Hello everyone, please help me with this situation. At first, I only connected to Adalm with 1 USB port so it could supply power and transfer data, but because I carelessly restarted my computer without unplugging the USB port, I don't know what's wrong with my Adalm. Now I have to use 1 port for power and 1 port for data transmission. Please help me

Hi,

Could you try a different USB cable only for power, without connecting the 2nd cable for data? And also another USB port?
According to the troubleshooting guide, the likely problem here is that the USB port from the host PC is not providing enough power.
When connecting only the middle USB port (for both power supply and data transmission) you should have the "Ready" LED always ON and "LED1" blinking. Is that your case?

When using the middle port, no LED is on.
