Did you install the Communications Toolbox Support Package for Analog Devices ADALM-Pluto Radio add-on? Could you search it in the add-on manager?

I am using the Communications Toolbox Support Package for Analog Devices ADALM-Pluto Radio add on. I have two more plutos which are working just fine and this is the only pluto which is throwing this error

Are you using the same firmware version on all the Pluto devices? Could you try a clean firmware install on the problematic device?

I have tried that. Nevertheless if you could give me a guide I can follow and try to install a clean firmware on the problematic device.

If you installed the same firmware on all devices and didn't get any error it's probably fine. The guide for updating the firmware can be found here: https://wiki.analog.com/university/tools/pluto/users/firmware .

One thing you can try is to install IIO Oscilloscope or libiio and try to connect to the device. We would need more detailed error logs in order to figure out what's wrong with that particular device. Maybe we can get some more information from IIO-Osc.
