Issues Installing Software for ADALM2000

Hello, 

Can you try to connect the ADALM2000 to your computer and check in device manager if it shows under ports as "M2k serial console" 

If not try to download again the exe for the driver from here  disconnect the ADALM2000 from your computer and try installing it again. 

Let me know if the error persists. 

I couldn't find "M2k serial console" under ports. So I tried installing the exe for the driver from the link you provided, but there's still an "installation failed" message. I attached a screenshot of the page below.

Can this be reproduced on multiple computers ? Do you have admin rights on this computer ?

I tried it on my old MacBook and it still doesn't want to install. Yes, I have admin rights on this computer.

I got the same error.

When I tried it on my apple pc today, I was able to install the library and download scopy. However, when I tried to open the scopy application, I got an error saying I couldn't open it because the developer couldn't be verified.

I see. But I was only using my Apple PC to test if it's the ADALM2000 that's the issue, which it seems isn't the case. I need to get the device working with my Windows 11 PC (Microsoft Surface Pro) because I will be using that one for my college classes requiring an ADALM2000.
