How to use PlutoSDR on 2T2R mode with GNU Radio? Some one know any public software that support 2T2R mode? 
 I need something simple like SDR++ or SDR# that support PlutoSDR on 2t2r mode 
 Or GQRX 
 
 Also interesting how to use it in GNU radio. Some simple solution, without coding on python etc.

Simply use the FMComms2/3 blocks in gnuradio. ADI doesn't develop SDR++/SDR#/GQRX so I can't comment on their support. From ADI you can use IIO-Scope if you need just a GUI tool. 
 If you need help with GNU Radio generically, I would look at the GNU Radio wiki, and contact the GNU Radio community for information. We don't provide generic support or tutorials for it here.
