ADALM-PLUTO maximum frequency

Question

Hi, 
 we are running a project which need the ADALM-PLUTO with default AD9363 to operation around 6GHz. we need suggest on the following solutions, which one is better? 
 1) using the U-Boot's fw-printenv and fw_setenv commands to get that device's larger tuning range (70-6000 MHz ) and larger bandwidth (56MHz). 
 2) de-soldering the AD9363 and replace with AD9361. 
 Or, is there a ADALM-PLUTO module with AD9361 we can purchase?

This really depends on if you are comfortable running Pluto out of spec. It has no guarantee to function at 6 GHz. If this is a requirement, then you can change to a AD9361/AD9364 device. The only other options from ADI are the FMComms2/3/4/5 systems or ADRV9361/ADRV9364 SOMs. Otherwise, there are many other vendors that build AD936x based systems.
