about the transient response experiment example of RL Circuit using adalm2000

Question

In the transient response experiment example of RL Circuit using adalm2000 in the following URL, 4V peak-peak voltage is used as input (W1).
But why is it measuring about 3V peak-peak voltage on channel 1 (the voltage across the entire circuit)?

Hello: 
 The output impedance of the AWG signal generators is 50 ohms. In this experiment the load is (ignoring the resistance of the inductor) 100 ohms. So the series combination of the 50 ohms internal to the generator and the 100 ohm load is 150 ohms. This forms a voltage divider 100ohms/150ohms. Thus the voltage across the 100 ohm load will be 2/3 of the internal open circuit voltage of the generator. 
 BTW, Scopy has an option to tell it what the load resistance is so it will calculate an appropriate internal open circuit voltage amplitude such that the voltage seen at the load is what is set. Assuming a pure resistance as the load.
