Connect ADALM-Pluto to mobile hotspot or wifi

I bought a Pluto and it works fine with the USB cable, I can use ssh to log into it and use pyadi to control some simple tasks. However, I would like to establish a control channel to multiple Pluto using wifi
I tried connecting my Pluto to my Mobile hotspot network from my laptop but it did not work. I provided my wifi information in the config.txt file and updated it by rejecting the Pluto and successfully updating the config.txt file but I still cannot get the wifi to work!
I am using recommended wifi dongle TL-WN725N

Is there any way to get the wifi connection to work?
