gps-sdr-sim is not working with my ADALM-PLUTO

Introduction:

Hello everyone Wave,

At the moment I am having trouble with my ADALM-PLUTO in terms of transmission. Using https://github.com/osqzss/gps-sdr-sim , I wanted to simulate a GPS-Simulator, however whenever I give the SDR the nmea stream, it doesn't seem to transmit anything. At the moment I am currently trying to figure out if the issue is related to hardware, or if it has something to do with my configuration. The plutoplayer.c file doesn't spit out any error messages regarding the preperation for transmittion.

So far I have checked a couple of things:
I have already tried resetting the ADALM PLUTO (setting reset to 1 and unmounting)
Firmware update for ADALM PLUTO
Changing the host maschine (albiet same OS, Linux debian)
Changing usb ports on the host maschine
Changing the transmit file gpssim.bin to a different output

Sadly I am not an expert in terms of SDR and would greatly appreciate the help Smiley cat
