ADSL Transmitter and Receiver filters

Unfortunately it does not look like there is much up-to-date material on ADSL circuits. I believe ADSL has all but been replaced with other technologies, it was popular for a brief time in the early 2000s. Note that the document you're referring to is 22 years old.

The only other information I could find was the evaluation board manual for the LT1795:

Regarding the transformer - you'll have to refer to the manufacturer's datasheet - in the circuit you're referring to, the Midcom 50215 primaries are simply wired in parallel, which would reduce the ESR. The different primary / secondary configurations could be to facilitate other circuit topologies.

If you have specific questions on the LT1795, it looks like that is supported in the  Interface and Isolation forum.
