Difference in transmitting baseband between Adalm-Pluto and USRP

Dear ADI Engineers,

I leverage MatLab or Python + Adalm-Pluto to build Bluetooth or ZigBee transmitters. In these transmitters, MatLab or Python only creates baseband samples, which are then fed into Adalm-Pluto (calling sdr.tx()). Then, my Bluetooth or ZigBee sniffers can successfully receive the signals.

However, when I feed these samples into USRP devices, which have the same gain, sample rate, and center frequency as Adalm-Pluto, my sniffers cannot receive the signals.

I am wondering if Adalm-Pluto has further processing baseband in the physical layer before up-converter and amplifying, and if there is any difference in transmitting the same baseband between Adalm-Pluto and USRP with the same sample rate, center frequency, and gain.
