Hi,

I have the latest Scopy with latest firmware and drivers installed in Windows 10.

When I follow the manufacturer's video here in my case Pattern Generator Channel Settings is grayed out and disables as follows:

Can some one support me with this issue?

Did you also doubleclick the handle on the left to select the channel that you want to change ? When selected, the channel should have a white border around the handle

Hello,

Did you enable the channel as pointed out in the video at min 1:25 - https://youtu.be/du7mk4iohXc?t=85 ?

You can only configure enabled channels.

Yes I do enable. And it is grayed out nothing is active. I tried in two PCs same issue.

Oh that was the missing part. When I doubleclicked the handle it appeared.
