ADALM 2000 scopy crashing

What OS are you using ? 

In order to narrow things down:

- Can you try a different USB cable ? 

- Try a different host computer ?

- Can you try backing up the .ini files and deleting them (after backup) - guide here https://wiki.analog.com/university/tools/m2k/scopy-troubleshooting?s[]=ini&s[]=scopy#ini_files . If the ini files turn out to be the problem, can you send them over so we can take a look at them? 

- if all else fails, reset the ini files and we can send you the latest build to see if that fixes the problem.

I tried deleting ini files, but still, it is not connecting and get crashed

No activity within 2 months. Closing. Reopen if still an issue.

i haven't used the adalm 2000 for two month. Before this scopy has been running for two years fine,

with kuiper linux, raspi 5, and windows 10. 

And now Linux and windows are not able to recognize the usb connection to mk2.

lsusb shows nothing.

device manager shows nothing.

I have changed the cable, using the port in the middle with the usb symbol.

The lights Led1 and ready are blinking.

Is there a way to recuperate the usb connection?

Or is it possible to enter in another way in this device?
