Dear ANALOG I am your customer, in June I bought 2 Pluto through your Mauser dealer in Italy. The two instruments were tested on arrival and then one placed in the laboratory and another as a backup. last week I needed to make measurements on two devices at the same time so I activated the backup Pluto, but unfortunately this is not recognized by the PC and the READY LED does not turn on, but only LED1 turns on. I replaced the cables with those of the working pluto but the result is the same, the boot fails to start, even using the USB power supply socket, I have the same result: only the LED is on steady.
