On Chapter 10: Multi stage amplifier configurations [Analog Devices Wiki] written by dmercer there are "Figure 10.2.2. Adding negative feedback" and Figure 10.2.3, but no mention in the text about them. Was this content lost? Can it be added? I assume this improves distortion? How do you choose the amount of feedback, feedback resistors, etc?
