NO_OS for ADALM-PLUTO SDR

Pluto SDR normally runs Linux with IIO drivers, but in No-OS mode you bypass Linux and run bare-metal firmware on the Zynq. This means:

• You need the ADI No-OS framework (available on GitHub). AD9361 No-OS Software [Analog Devices Wiki]
• The firmware communicates with the AD9363 transceiver via SPI and configures clocks, LO, and data paths.

There are many changes, and manual checks are needed in No-OS mode.

we would recommend with standard setup running Linux with IIO drivers.
