    In order to use ADALM2000, I had just download below for my Win11 PC.  
    

    Scopy-v2.1.0-Windows-setup
    

    I think installation of  usb driver (Pluto SDR and M2k) (**)  was not necessary for Scopy ver 2.1.0 , because   all components   necessary may be included .
