Looking for assistance please on this issue, despite numerous attempts the Driver software will not load on this Windows 11 laptop. I have updated the ADALM 2000 firmware successfully and this was fine. When the software is downloaded I follow the install steps and it aborts with the screen below.
This I have seen as an issue on this form previously with no resolution posted.
1. The ADALM is not connected during this process
2. The PC has been rebooted numerous times
3. The previous downloaded versions have all been uninstalled and each loading attempt is with a newly downloaded version of the Software
4. My log in is as an Admin and there are no message indicating that I do not have the correct privileges to do the task
5. My Anti virus software is not blocking the download or the software driver install
6. Other students I have spoken to have Windows 11 and have manged to get this to work.
I have surfed the web and check many forums and there is no conclusive solution shown for this issue
Please HELP ! college Student and this is urgently needed for projects I am working on.
