ADLUM-PLUTO with TES?

No. No AD936X based boards use TES. They have their own RPC and control functionality through libiio: What is libiio? [Analog Devices Wiki]. Here is an LTE example using MATLAB that uses libiio under the hood.

AS you mention above, AD936x Does not support TES. I am using ADRV9002 for my project, so can i use Matlab LTE Toolbox for ADRV9002 evolution board? In the TES there is a configuration for LTE, i have confusion, is that full LTE stack for transmitter and receiver or that is only a processing block like GNURadio?

ADI transceivers like AD9361 and ADRV9002 are just DAC+ADC+Mixers, they don't do any waveform demodulation.

You mean running it on Pluto itself? If so yes you can use the standard libiio interface on Pluto in C/C++. See here: Building Apps For PlutoSDR Standalone [Analog Devices Wiki]
