Pluto SDR possibly damaged?

When plugged in what do the LEDs do?

the ready LED is steady, LED1 blinks twice a second

Does the mass storage appear? Have you changed the firmware?

mass storage appears, firmware is updated to the latest version, and i am able to update it again

What OS are you using?

Im on a windows PC. Tried it last night again and it worked fine. Wasn't working for the last couple of days but seems to be ok for now. Very strange.

Do you have the driver installed? Do you get the necessary devices in device manager (https://wiki.analog.com/university/tools/pluto/drivers/windows)?

i have usb driver V 0.7 installed and i see all four ....com4, Pluto SDR USB Ethernet RNDIS-Gadget, Linux File- StorGadget USB Device and the Portable Device as PlutoSDR.........i"m an amteurradio and i use the Pluto SDR with SDR Console V 3.12.....

Do you see the extra Ethernet adaptor Pluto creates when connected under ethernet adaptors or ipconfig?

What is the output of `iio_attr -a -C`
