can you please briefly explain how to get high frequency output at SMA out(tx) using  a single  ADALM pluto.

Simply set TX LO to the desired frequency and use FPGA settings DDS: One CW Tone.

I went through the documents.

Not yet clear.

I am not finding a proper example to  get  GHz  RF output at the SMA connector  where the frequency can be controlled through MATALB/SIMULNK.

Just open the 'ADALM-PLUTO' Receiver block (double-click) to configure the frequency parameter.

I am able to get the waveform displayed.

but I don't see any signal at the SMA output(TX) of pluto. 

how can I get the frequency output at the SMA connector?

By clicking the "Open the companion plutoradiofreqcalib Tx model" link you can get to an example of generating a sine wave

The output data can be seen using the receiver block example via loopback connection.
