What is the typical power dissipation for the Quad MxFE? So not including the FPGA, but just the board (but including the clocking, ADF4371s, etc.). Something like 1.5W/Channel?

The total max power dissipation for the Quad MxFE alone is 111.56 W.
On a per channel basis (111.56/(16R + 16T)) the power dissipation is about 3.5 Watts, however this includes the RF front-end and control circuitry as well as the PDN efficiencies.
