What is the FMC pinout of the Quad MxFE Rev C platform?

All of the available GPIO have been used in the FMC+ connector and 16 of the SERDES Tx/Rx lane pairs have been used as well. There are also a few reference clocks back to the FPGA and a SYSREF from the FPGA to the Quad MxFE card. Most of the GPIO is single ended 1.8V CMOS, however some of the signals are LVDS differential pairs.
In the power realm, the Quad MxFE only uses the VADJ 1.8V voltage to power the level translators on the Quad MxFE board. The 3P3V_C2M is not use other than to power the EEPROM. The 12V_C2M is not used on the Quad MxFE board, since the Quad MxFE board uses its own on-board power solution with an external 12V connection.
