Installer Fails on C++ Redistributable

From looking into this, it seems that error 1638 suggests that a newer version of the redistributables are already installed. 

A couple of things you could try to resolve this:

- When running the ACE installer, on the setup page, drop down the "Prerequisites" section and uncheck the checkboxes for the redistributables:

- Uninstall the currently installed version of the redistributables as detailed here, then re-attempt installation of ACE:

Unchecking the boxes for those prerequisites fixed the issue.  I was checking all the components to be installed, which is why the installation was failing.
