ADS9+9081 Fail on Reset with Windows 11 controller pc while functioning correctly with Window 10.

Controlling the setup of ADS9+AD9081 with two Computers that defer by the Windows 10-11 environment
The setup functions properly when controlled by another Windows 10 computer and fails when using the Windows 11 computer.
Both running the same version of ACE.

(Clarify: The main difference between the two computers is that the one experiencing issues running Windows11, while the functioning one is on Windows10.)

Is there a known issue related to Window11?

    In terms of issues with Windows 11, ACE in general appears to work fine and function as expected with most hardware.
    We have however recently had a report from 1 other customer that they were having issues with an ADS9-controlled product, so it is possible that there may be an issue here, however it is not one we have seen often or have a root cause for at this time.

    If we could get some more details from your end to help us debug this issue it would be very helpful. ACE has a built-in log of all events, including errors, and the error trace from this log will help us to see exactly what is causing the issue you are experiencing. If you open ACE, interact with the ADS9 until you experience the failure you mentioned, then click the menu button in the top right corner, there is a "Show Log File" button. This will open the log in notepad, you can save this and upload it here in a reply so that we can see the series of events leading up to the failure, and the stacktrace at the point of failure.

    Note that you will need to open the log from ACE in the application after experiencing the error in that application instance, as the log is overwritten each time ACE is opened.
