Some registers appear in the ACE register map for ADS9 + AD9081 but not in the UG1578 guide

Hello,
as the title suggests there are some registers that appear in register map in the ADS9 ACE software. But this registers have no mention in the UG1578 guide. Should I leave this registers untouched? but I have noticed that when I change the configuration this said registers change there values. Some example of this registers are: 0x2E3B, 0x00C9, 0x00CE and 0x00F0. should I pay attention to this registers when configuring my AD9081 without the ACE + ADS9?

Any help would be aprreciated.

 Registers 0x2E3B, 0x00C9, 0x00CE are associated with the JESD204 link set-up while 0x00F0 is associated with VCO calibration. These registers are set via lower level API's so no need to program them. Regards)
