ACE_Repport Issue connection

Hello. Please tell me.

I have "ACE" installed and used on my PC. But I made a mistake.

The ACE has a "Report Issue" feature.

How can I change the software that opens when I press this email?

Uninstalling it didn't work.

    The application used to send the email is whatever is the default associated application for a .eml file registered on the local machine. A .eml file is an email message file, and you will need to change the file association to a mail client application that is capable of handling the .eml filetype. This setting is a Windows setting in the machine, not a setting in ACE, so it can only be changed in Windows settings.


    This association can be changed on a Windows machine in the "Choose Default Apps By File Type" settings (accessible by search or navigating to Settings > Apps > Default Apps), and scrolling down to .eml and selecting a new application to handle the filetype there.

    Alternatively, you can send the email manually to report the issue by emailing ace.portal@analog.com with your issue details, and include/attach the AppTrace.log file that is located at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Analog Devices\ACE.
