Just as a quick check, do you have access to an ADS8 controller board you could try this with instead, I see in the original post you are using ADS7v2. I have not yet reached out to the plug-in team but I think maybe there is an issue specific to the ADS7 controller here.

I could test the AD9208-3000EBZ using ADS8-V1EBZ.
And I tested AD9208-3000EBZ using the ACE of the previous version with ADS7-V2EBZ.
The results are the followings:
Plug-In version : 1.2019.46400 (for all)
1. ADS8 : OK
2. ADS7 and ACE 1.25.3217.1403 : NG
3. ADS7 and ACE 1.23.3085.1388 (hotfix) : NG
4. ADS7 and ACE 1.21.2994.1347 (hotfix) : OK

There seems to be some trouble in the ACE software newer version or Plug-in.

Could you please share it with the ACE support team to solve it?

Hi,

There was an issue identified in the plug-in when evaluating with the ADS7 products. I believe there is a new version of the AD9208 product plug-in available now, v1.2022.20500.

Can you check for this update and try again with the ADS7 controller.
