AD9785 Eval State=Unkown in ACE Software

I want to Program AD9785 without any fpga controller board. i have my own fpga board.

In DeviceManager it recognize driver but in ACE show state = unkown .

Can I connect AD9785Eval to ACE lonely ? Should be FPGA Controller Board with it ?

Yes, ACE plugin requires DPG3 or SDP-H1 together with the Eval board.
What FPGA Board do you have?  You can check whether there is an available reference design here:  https://wiki.analog.com/resources/fpga 

I design fpga board myself and it is based artix7. Is there any way to prgram ad9785 register with ace or with another program without DPG3 or SDP-H1  ?

ACE would only work with DPG3 or SDP-H1. 

You might need to write/create a software that would accompany the FPGA board you designed. 

The registers can be set using the SPI detailed in page 21-35 of the datasheet. The Evaluation board schematic is also available in the wikipage.
