Background
I have been following the A2B 3-node sample demo as described in A2B Quick Start Guide PDF file under A2B Software's Docs folder. It uses EVAL-AD2428WD1BZ as the main node, EVAL-AD2428WC1BZ as the sub0 node, and EVAL-2428WB1BZ as the sub1 node. On the EVAL-AD2428WC1BZ, there are 4 microphones (M1-M4). M1 and M4 output to DRX1 of AD2428, and the audio picked up from these 2 microphones is transmitted to sub1 node, where the codec outputs the audio at the headphone jack. M2 and M3, whose outputs connect to DRX0 of AD2428 on the sub0 node, are not used in this demo.
Problem
I would like to have PDM data from M2 and M3 also transmitted to sub1 node, where their audio is output to the headphone jack together with the audio from M1 and M4. That is, audio from M1 and M2 from sub0 node will be aggregated as the left channel, while audio from M3 and M4 from sub0 node as the right channel. I tried to modify the base project schematic (adi_a2b_3NodeSampleDemoConfig.dspproj), but couldn't hear from all 4 mics on sub1 node.
Can this even be done? If so, what am I missing here? I have attached my modified project file below.
