In your schematic only slot, 2 is routed to the output, the selecting switch selects only the last signals, so the slot 1 and slot 0 signals are not appearing at the output.
Merge the signals and route all the signals to the output.

Thank you so much for your nice reply. Let me follow your instructions.

One more thing,  the two test tone didn't work showed in the attached picture. This was strange either.....

By the way, I can not download your attachment. The moment I tried to click the link of "Capture.PNG", the attachment , then the website directly asked me to logged in an outlook account which was not the same as I registered before. I logged in following the website instruction and then nothing showed up.

HI,

1,2,3 is selecting switches,

if 1 is selected, the two tones are routed to the output.

if 2 is selected the slots 1 and 2 are routed to the output.

if 3 is selected the 2nd slots are routed to the output.

if you want to route the 0,1 and 2 to the output add the 0&1 slots and route to 40 and 2nd slot to 41.

Thank you so much for your help. Now I got there and we are on the same page.

I modified my schematic a bit.  Now the function of data input is perfect. Unfortunately the data output through audio 3.5mm is still nonfunctional ( with switch S1 is selected ).   I am afraid if you could be so kind as to take a look at my Schematic raw file( SigmaStudio 4.6) and give some suggestion?

Please select the tones(check the block). and the blocks used to send the data in 3 4 and 5  are not data-sending blocks they are data-receiving blocks.
