A2B BUS A2B_N 3.3uH inductor damage

Question

some of our product may malfuction due to 3.3uH inductor damage. our interface circuit of A2B is same as demo board and ADI recommendation. 
 I think the design is good, but in some unintended condition, the 3.3uH may damage. 
 I think this phenomenon is very weird, do you encounter similar phenomenon that 3.3uH damage. 
 our design of A2B is AD2428 and is the master node.

Hi Tianming, A2B transceiver supports full line diagnostics. 
 We don't expect any damage to any of the components in case of fault because the transceiver will automatically turnoff the FET switches.

Hi Tianming, Can you provide the information regarding the damage to the inductor in the system? In which case the inductor got burnt. Thanks.
