Hi,

reading the datasheet of the ADF4350 it says that the maximum currento consumption is 157mA. This regulators are up to 150mA. ¿Isn't it too much in the limit?

From datasheet:

(DIDD + AIDD          27 mA (max)

Output Dividers        6 to 24 mA                        Each output divide-by-2 consumes 6 mA

IVCO                         80mA (max)

IRFOUT                    26 mA (max)

Yes. That is why we have two regulators on the board. One each for the VCO supply (plus a few others) and one for Vout.

In future the ADP151 can drive 200 mA. So one of these could be used to power the entire part.
