Is there any procedure I can follow to translate the supplied schematics (.sch file in Mentor Graphics PADs format) to any other format? I don't have access to PADs at the university, and would like to use either Eagle, or DesignSpark.

Sorry, I haven't access to Engle and DesignSpark but I do know that there is way to translate the Pads schematics to other formate such as the Orcad and Altium Designer.
