During his 20 years of audio industry experience with a wide range of product and technology providers, Paul gained rare insights into the challenges faced by engineers. While at Bose Corporation, Paul held positions in both research and product development. He developed the first Lifestyle digital home theater product and was awarded the “Best of What’s New” award from Popular Science for contributions made to the Videostage decoding algorithm. Paul holds numerous patents and has published papers related to audio and GPS processing. For many years, Paul has taught industry courses and has been a frequent conference speaker.
Paul received BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT in 1989 and a PhD in Electrical Engineering, also from MIT, in 1992. He was a Rockwell Fellow while in graduate school.
